• To maintain discipline and security in the floor. • To ensure opening and closing the gate of the floor. • To ensure ID card for the worker. • To ensure the neat and clean floor and maintain cleaning register. • To monitor time section closely for regular activities like attendance checking, OT checking, software data posting, workers file and other necessary documents. • To monitor closely the in and out time of the worker and the staff. • To supervise and check missing data and maintaining attendance register. • To send the notice for lefty workers at the end of the month and maintaining a register on that purpose. • To collect new workers as per need and provide to the line/unit/section from the outside except operator and opening their file. • To assists accounts section for preparing worker salary sheet and paying salary among the worker at the end of the month in disciplinary way. • To recommend for the leave of the worker. • To motivate the workers for enhancing their knowledge and increasing the consciousness regarding the labor law (2006) and as well as company policy. • To approve store requisition of the production related department for collecting accessories from the store. • To maintain different type of register like, lefty worker, new worker recruitment and appointment letter, floor cleaning, floor closing, ID providing, workers' hand book distribution. • To take proper initiative and carefully handling the minor conflict in the floor and if there is major conflict then report to the supervisor to solve the problem. • To coordinate with other section/department for the administrative issues. • To issue the gate pass for the short leave. • To perform the special duty like, morning duty, lunch duty, night duty, diesel purchase and so on. • To ensure the nice work environment in the floor for the all time. • To follow up and supervise the time section. • To follow up checker, sweeper and floor cleaning. • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor and the management.
