Sales & Service Engineer

• Promote and sell automation, electrical, and control system products, including substation equipment, inverters, circuit breakers, conductors, VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) solutions, and panel boards• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop potential clients in industrial and commercial sectors• Provide technical consultation and pre-sales support, including system design, load calculation, and product selection• Deliver after-sales service, ensuring smooth operation, troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain automation systems, electrical panels, inverter systems, and substation equipment• Conduct regular site visits for inspection, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and technical support• Prepare sales proposals, BOQ, quotations, tenders, and technical reports• Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams for efficient project execution and delivery• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies
