Key Responsibilities
The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service by effectively handling client inquiries and providing timely support. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused mindset.
Preference & Additional Requirement:
We prefer corporate, well-presented female candidates who are confident and professional in appearance. Applicants must also be comfortable appearing in videos and creating content for the agency from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding services, bookings, and processes
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Assist clients throughout the service process and provide after-sales support
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
