Assistant Executive, Customer Support (Night Shift)

• Handle online sales • Manage customer inquiries and sales through Facebook, Instagram, Google, Whatsapp and TikTok. • Reply to inbox messages, comments, and follow up with potential customers. • Maintain order records and customer database. • Coordinate with delivery team to ensure smooth order processing. • Achieve monthly sales targets.Duty Time & Benefits:• 5 PM to 11 PM • Weekly 1 day Holyday • Sales Commission applicable • 2 Festival Bonus( as per company policy)
