Key Responsibilities

Job Context: Shalbon Eco Resort Ltd. is a sister concern of Adi NUR GROUP, which is a leading Real Estate Company in Bangladesh. Right now, we are looking for Manager (Hotel Management) under the Shalbon Eco Resort, who will support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency. Job Responsibilities:• Oversee the overall daily operations of the resort, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.• Ensure excellent guest service standards and handle guest complaints or special requests professionally.• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.• Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure proper team coordination across all departments.• Prepare duty rosters, manage manpower, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the resort.• Supervise inventory, procurement, and vendor management for resort supplies.• Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and safety regulations.• Manage bookings, reservations, and occupancy levels to maximize revenue.• Coordinate with the sales & marketing team to promote resort services and increase bookings.• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.• Control operational costs and ensure budget compliance.• Handle emergency situations and ensure guest and staff safety at all times.• Build strong relationships with guests to ensure repeat business and positive reviews.• Maintain overall discipline, professionalism, and service excellence in the resort.

Requirements

Education

  • • Bachelor/Honors

Additional

  • • Only Male • Strong leadership and team management skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both Bangla and English).• Ability to handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.• Good knowledge of hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.• Willingness to stay at or near the resort if required.• Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and punctuality.• Experience in resort marketing or sales will be an added advantage.• Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
