Head of Commercial

• Lead the entire Commercial operations including Export, Import, Bond. • Ensure smooth L/C opening, documentation, back-to-back L/C, UD, GSP and all customs-related processes. • Oversee shipping, freight forwarding, and expediting activities for timely delivery of goods. • Maintain strong liaison with banks, customs, ports, BGMEA and related authorities. • Ensure compliance with all commercial rules, regulations, and government policies. • Guide and supervise the commercial team to meet deadlines and support production & supply chain. • Prepare and analyze commercial reports for management decision-making. • Resolve commercial bottlenecks to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
