Job Description: A leading multinational company is looking to recruit a skilled and experienced professional for the position of ‘Head of Operations’. The incumbent will oversee all activities of the organization’s supply chain from start to finish, so that the business can be run safely, efficiently and sustainably.• The position will provide strategic and operational leadership in manufacturing, logistics and supply chain related activities, especially in a multinational FMCG environment.• The selected candidate will be required to work to ensure efficiency, reliability and continuous improvement in operational activities. In addition, the overall performance of the organization will be improved by using sound decision-making, effective planning and practical knowledge of the FMCG sector.• This position requires an experienced Operations Leader who has multinational experience, a good understanding of the FMCG sector and the ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.
