· We have been looking for an experienced sales leader who have a good knowledge in land share sales and plenty amount of data base near Savar area, · Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets through proper planning · Lead and monitor sales team performance · Identify new business opportunities and generate leads · Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up · Develop and implement effective sales strategies Analyze market trends and competitor activities · Prepare regular sales reports for management · Ensure proper negotiation and deal closing
