Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with strong background in Retail & Super Shop operations. The candidate will manage daily accounts, sales reconciliation, inventory, VAT & Tax, and lead the accounts team.• Manage full set of accounts for retail & super shop operations• Handle daily sales reconciliation, POS transactions & cash management• Monitor inventory accounting and stock valuation• Prepare financial reports (daily, monthly, yearly)• Maintain VAT, Tax, and compliance as per Bangladesh regulations• Control expenses, budgeting & financial planning• Supervise accounts team and ensure accurate reporting• Coordinate with auditors and management
Requirements
Education
- • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting • University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,North South University,BRAC University,Daffodil International University students will get preference • CA Bangladesh (ICAB)• ACCA• CFO)
Additional
- • Age 25 to 40 years • Only Male • Minimum 5–8 years experience in Retail / Super Shop sector (Mandatory)• Strong knowledge of POS system, inventory & cost control• Good command in VAT & Tax• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP)Strong leadership & analytical skills
