Marketing & Business Development• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for all construction services. • Acquire new clients through digital marketing (Social Media, Website, Email Marketing) and direct client communication. • Conduct market research to analyze competitors and industry trends. • Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness programs. • Analyze marketing performance and prepare detailed reports for management.Project Supervision & Operations• Monitor and supervise ongoing construction works to ensure quality and timely completion. • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and suppliers for smooth project execution. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies.Technical & Documentation• Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Make estimation and prepare quotation. • Prepare project-related documentation and technical reports. • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team.
