• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. • Achieve individual and showroom sales targets. • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage effectively. • Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and organization of the showroom. • Ensure product availability and coordinate with inventory when required. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions. • Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, digital payments). • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and pricing. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. • Support in visual merchandising and promotional activities. • Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback to supervisors. • Any other Outlet activities instructed by Retail Manager.
