GM Production (Finishing) Sweaters Division

• Production Planning & Execution• Ensure daily finishing production targets are achieved.• Coordinate with knitting, linking, and washing departments.• Finishing Process Supervision• Monitor all finishing processes such as trimming, ironing, folding, and packing.• Ensure garments meet required buyer standards.• Quality Control• Inspect finished sweaters for defects (stains, holes, measurement issues).• Work closely with QA/QC team to maintain quality standards.• Manpower Management• Assign duties to operators and helpers.• Monitor worker performance and discipline.• Line Balancing & Efficiency• Maintain smooth workflow in finishing lines.• Reduce bottlenecks and improve productivity.• Production Reporting• Prepare daily production reports.• Update management on progress, issues, and output.• Compliance & Safety• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.• Maintain clean and organized workstations.• Inventory & Material Control• Monitor finishing accessories (poly bags, tags, cartons).• Prevent wastage and ensure proper usage.• Problem Solving• Identify production issues and take immediate corrective actions.• Coordinate with maintenance if machine problems occur.• Delivery & Shipment Preparation• Ensure finishing is completed on time for shipment.• Coordinate with the commercial/packing team.• knowledge in programming.• Reporting to DMD and Director about daily production & planning.• Coordinate with other department heads as required. Good leadership and motivation skills .• Technical knowledge of Sweater.
