Key Responsibilities

Job Summary:The Assistant Manager/Manager – Credit Realization will be responsible for managing and ensuring timely collection of outstanding dues, maintaining strong client relationships, and minimizing credit risk. The role requires close coordination with sales, accounts, and customers to ensure efficient receivable management Job Responsibilities:• Ensure dedicated, sincere and timely communications with all assigned clients. • Make working plan on the basis of daily collection target. • Monitor and ensure the timely realization of installment payments. • Set individual collection strategy and follow up. • Prepare and execute recovery plans for defaulter accounts. • Maintain and coordinate the interdepartmental communications. •  Arrange departmental meeting and attend the managerial meeting. •  Prepare Thanks Letter for full-paid files. •  Complete the Booking Procedure by creating File under respective project. • Coordinate with sales team and follow up payment/installment schedule. • Maintain the follow-up sheet and the software. • Maintain and present Daily Collection report to HOD- CR. • Resolve customer queries related to payment schedule, penalties and statements. • Ensure customer satisfaction while enforcing company policies.

Requirements

Education

  • • Master of Business Administration (MBA) • Bachelor/Honors

Additional

  • • Age 30 to 40 years • Strong negotiation and persuasion skill.• ERP/CRM software proficiency.• credit recovery.
