Assistant Manager (Relationship Manager)

We are expanding our Financial Industry portfolio and looking for a high-performing, target-driven Relationship Manager to accelerate sales growth and strengthen strategic Financial Industry partnerships. If you are confident in selling enterprise technology solutions and closing large-value deals with banks, this role is for you. Job Responsibilities• Drive revenue growth from Banking Industry accounts.• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.• Develop and manage strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and Business Heads of banks.• Identify new business opportunities within existing and new banking clients.• Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, presentation, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.• Actively participate in RFP/RFI processes and commercial discussions.• Cross-sell and up-sell Core Banking, ERP, and related enterprise solutions.• Maintain strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover.• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure long-term retention.
