Key Responsibilities
• Successfully achieving monthly set sales target overcoming all obstacles;• Successfully onboarding new professional & experienced distributors in vacant areas;• Lead, supervise, and manage all sales and marketing activities within assigned areas;• Coordinate with and monitor the performance of sales officers and distributors to ensure smooth operations;• Ensure achievement of regional and overall sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution;• Collect, analyze, and interpret market data to support decision-making and strategic adjustments;• Monitor competitor activities and formulate responsive strategies to maintain market advantage;• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure mutual growth and long-term partnerships;• Prepare, maintain, and present regular and accurate sales reports and performance updates;• Remain responsive to directives from senior management and implement instructions promptly and effectively.
Requirements
Education
- • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing • Master of Commerce (MCom)
Additional
- • Age 35 to 45 years 1. Proven expertise in region-wise onboarding of experienced and professional distributors with a successful track record in the cosmetics and toiletries sector. Skilled in the formulation, adaptation, and execution of effective sales and marketing strategies; 2. Strong capabilities in market research, data analysis, and identification of growth opportunities; 3. Demonstrated ability to thrive in competitive and dynamic market environments; 4. Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
