Key Responsibilities

Job Location:• Madagascar (Factory-based role) Responsibilities• Oversee daily production operations for 3 woven shirt production lines• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards• Monitor line efficiency and implement corrective actions when required• Manage workforce and coordinate with relevant departments• Maintain discipline, safety, and compliance on the production floor• Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Textile Engineering • Higher Secondary • Bachelor/Honors • HSC / Graduate / Textile Diploma

Additional

• Only Bangladeshi citizens are eligible to apply • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills • Good command of English • Basic computer knowledgeExperience:• Strong experience in garment manufacturing (preferably woven shirts) • Hands-on experience in production floor management • Ability to manage multiple production lines efficiently
