Manager/ Sr. Executive (Sales & Marketing).

• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.• Develop and implement strategic sales plans.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.• Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Project teams.• Represent the company in property fairs and corporate events.• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.• Report to HOD/Management regularly.• Any other task related to work as assigned by the Management.• Proven track record in real estate sales (residential/commercial)• Strong leadership and negotiation skills• Excellent communication and presentation ability• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
