Business Development Executive - Digital Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to support our education consultancy and English test preparation services (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL). The role involves student counseling, lead conversion, and executing digital marketing strategies to drive enrollment and business growth. Context of the Role: This role is central to driving student recruitment and brand visibility in a highly competitive education sector. The candidate should have strong communication skills in both English and Bangla, a good understanding of study abroad processes, and hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and platforms. The position requires a balance of sales, counseling, and marketing skills to achieve enrollment targets and business growth. Key Responsibilities:• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities (UK, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, etc.) and guide them through the admission process • Promote English test preparation programs (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL) and convert inquiries into enrollments • Handle inbound and outbound leads from digital platforms (Facebook, website, WhatsApp, email, etc.) • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, content marketing) to generate quality leads • Create and manage engaging content (posts, captions, short videos) to promote services and courses • Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to ensure conversion and relationship building • Coordinate with trainers and counselors to ensure smooth student onboarding and service delivery • Track and analyze campaign performance, lead sources, and conversion rates • Maintain CRM/database of students and ensure proper documentation of all interactions • Build partnerships with institutions, agents, and relevant stakeholders to expand business opportunities
