• Spearhead project delivery for HVAC, chiller, and VRF initiatives, driving timely completion and exceeding client expectations. • Architect project schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to ensure seamless operations and maximum efficiency. • Foster collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, facilitating open communication and issue resolution. • Oversee site activities, enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and quality standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical complexities related to chiller, HVAC, and VRF system installations, minimizing downtime and ensuring project momentum. • Manage procurement and logistics, securing timely delivery of materials and mitigating potential delays. • Develop and disseminate progress reports, maintain meticulous project records, and provide regular stakeholder updates. • Champion a safety-first culture, implementing and enforcing robust health, safety, and risk management protocols across all project sites.
