Job Context
We are seeking applications from the Qualified Bangladeshi candidates to lead our ILPWDVD project which is in Bhola Sador. This project is implemented by PCC and funded by Transform Aid International (TAI).
Project Manager
ILPWDVD Project (A project of Protibondhi Community Center (PCC)
Reportable to: Executive Director
Employment Status: Contractual (yearly renewable)
Job Responsibilities: It is the vital position for the project and it requires at least 05 years of professional working experience with National or International organizations having experiences on Disability inclusion, Livelihood development, inclusive Education, DRR, Community Empowerment and GEDSI etc.• Lead the overall management of the project to ensure the expected impact• Ensure effective monitoring systems to Achieve the goals and objectives of the project• Lead and manage the project team to implement all the project plans and activities ensuring quality and standards• Establish and maintain effective and functional communication systems with different stakeholders including head office• Prepare and implement project Budget and other financial requirements• Prepare and submit required reports, documents, presentations, materials for appropriate donors and other stakeholders• Develop and manage project plans by setting schedules, allocating resources, budgeting, and establishing timelines with clear milestones.• Identify and manage project risks by developing mitigation and contingency plans, while ensuring safeguarding by promoting a safe, supportive environment and protecting team members from harm and exploitation.• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards by conducting reviews and implementing continuous improvement processes.• Oversee project execution by tracking progress against milestones, addressing issues, and conducting regular field visits to monitor performance and manage risks.• Maintain project documentation, prepare progress reports, capture lessons learned, and develop project proposals.• Ensure project deliverables are completed and accepted, conduct post-project reviews, and archive documentation while sharing key learnings.• Establish and maintain functional networks with Government and other stokeholds for resources tapping• Implement additional duties that assigned by the supervisor whenever the necessity arises
Requirements
Education
- • Masters in Social Sciences / Economics / Development studies .
Additional
- • Age At most 50 years • Hands-on computer (MS Office, PowerPoint) operating skills.• Motorcycle driving with a valid driving license.
