Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the whole Bangladesh business operation. Purpose of the Job Position: To spearhead Jakson International Ltd. by maintaining strategic direction, governing operational and financial imperatives, and elevating organizational performance to its highest potential. Role Summary The Country Head – Bangladesh is the top management level authority responsible for architecting, directing, and governing the entire spectrum of Jakson International Ltd.’s operations within Bangladesh. This role demands a strategic powerhouse capable of orchestrating commercial expansion, operational supremacy, regulatory fidelity, financial rigor, and organizational stewardship. The incumbent must demonstrate an exceptional ability to translate corporate mandates into high-impact local execution while safeguarding business continuity and future readiness. 1. Strategic Command & Market Leadership• Plan and deploy country-wide strategic roadmaps, ensuring uncompromised alignment with the long-term vision of Jakson International Ltd.• Spearhead market acceleration initiatives, forging competitive advantage through advanced market intelligence, risk modeling, and opportunity capitalization.• Ensure decision-making that influences market penetration, revenue, and bottom-line performance. 2. Commercial, Sales & Service Governance• Exercise overarching leadership over sales, service, and after-sales ecosystems, ensuring relentless achievement of revenue, margin, and service quality targets.• Strengthen customer and partner ecosystems through assertive relationship stewardship, executive-level negotiation, and service excellence enforcement.• Institute rigorous performance and quality dashboards to ensure superior service delivery and operational responsiveness. 3. Financial Acumen & Corporate Stewardship• Command full P&L accountability, driving budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and cost discipline with uncompromising precision.• Ensure audit readiness, fiscal transparency, and robust internal controls across all financial touchpoints.• Drive data-backed decision frameworks that elevate profitability, operational leverage, and sustainable business performance. 4. Compliance, Ethics & Regulatory Governance• Enforce absolute adherence to corporate governance protocols, statutory laws, regulatory mandates, Cummins principles, Jakson Group’s core values, and internal compliance frameworks.• Cultivate a culture of ethical conduct, disciplinary rigor, and value-based leadership across the organization. 5. People Leadership & Organizational Excellence• Lead, empower, and elevate a multidisciplinary workforce spanning Sales, Service, HR & Admin, Accounts & Finance, and Commercial divisions.• Oversee strategic manpower planning, leadership succession, capability enhancement, and talent acquisition of critical roles.• Govern the balanced scorecard, performance-based rewards system, compensation structure, and engagement strategy.• Champion a high-performance culture defined by accountability, discipline, agility, and collaborative excellence. 6. Operational Mastery & Continuous Advancement• Command end-to-end operational governance, ensuring efficiency, policy adherence, and technological enablement in every business process.• Institutionalize SOP frameworks, KPI-driven systems, and operational benchmarking standards across the organization.• Lead the digital transformation agenda through data intelligence, automation integration, and advanced reporting mechanisms.

Requirements

Education

  • • Bachelor/Honors • Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
