Erection Engineer- PCB

• Supervise erection and installation of precast elements (columns, beams, slabs, wall panels, piles, etc.) • Execute erection of precast buildings and high-rise structures • Oversee installation of prefabricated steel structures and components • Plan and monitor heavy lifting operations (tower crane, overhead crane, mobile crane) • Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and erection crews • Ensure accurate alignment using Total Station, Auto Level/Dumpy Level • Supervise installation and positioning of industrial machinery • Enforce site safety, PPE compliance, and conduct toolbox talks • Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and project teams • Maintain daily progress and basic site documentation
