Key Responsibilities

Job Context Palki Matchmaking Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Video Content Creator & YouTube Channel Manager who can plan, create, edit, and manage engaging video content for our brand. The candidate will be responsible for growing our YouTube channel, increasing audience engagement, and maintaining consistent content quality.Job Responsibilities:• Create engaging video content for YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms • Plan and execute content ideas related to matchmaking, success stories, tips, and promotions • Shoot and edit high-quality videos (interviews, reels, shorts, etc.) • Manage and optimize the YouTube channel (SEO, titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions) • Monitor channel performance using YouTube Analytics • Develop content strategies to increase subscribers and views • Design attractive thumbnails and basic graphics • Stay updated with current trends and viral content ideas • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign content • Ensure timely uploading and scheduling of videos

Requirements

Additional

• Age 20 to 30 years • Only Male • 1–3 years of experience in video editing, script writing, and cinematography • Strong creativity and storytelling ability • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools • Good camera sense and cinematography knowledge • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Must be a team player with positive attitude • Candidates with wedding photography experience will be given preference. • Experienced in operating professional gimbals and high-end camera equipment. • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve. • Strong knowledge of camera handling, framing, lighting, and audio. • Experience in social media video formats (Reels, Shorts). • Creative mindset with attention to detail. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Must have a strong portfolio (video links required) • Good communication and teamwork skills • Passion for storytelling and visual creativity • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • Candidates with relevant training in video editing / digital marketing will get preference • Freshers with strong skills and portfolio are also encouraged to apply • Strong skills in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) • Good understanding of YouTube SEO and algorithm • Creative mindset with storytelling ability • Basic knowledge of camera handling and lighting • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Knowledge of social media marketing is a plus
