Consultant/ Senior Consultant (ICU & HDU)

• Provide specialized medical care to critically ill patients admitted in ICU.• Conduct daily ICU rounds and ensure appropriate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.• Manage ventilators and advanced life support systems.• Perform and supervise critical procedures (e.g., intubation, central venous line, arterial line, etc.).• Supervise and guide ICU Medical Officers and nursing staff.• Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and treatment updates.• Communicate patient condition and prognosis clearly to attendants/family members.• Attend emergency calls within hospital premises.• Ensure compliance with infection prevention and hospital protocols.• Participate in clinical audits, mortality & morbidity meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.• Coordinate with Emergency, OT, and other departments for critical patient management.
