Manager/Sr. Manager - Accounts & Finance

1. Financial Strategy & Planning• Develop and implement overall financial strategy aligned with business goals. • Prepare annual budget, forecast and long-term financial plans2. Financial Reporting and Regulatory Compliance• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements complying BAS/BFRS. • Managing relationships with banks for efficient fund flow and optimizing finance cost. • Coordinate daily financial operation and internal-external audits. • Maintain all VAT-TAX other regulatory compliance. • Oversee LC management and customs duty related all procedures. • Preparing cost analysis and profitability improvement initiatives.3. Leadership & System Management• Lead and manage Finance & Accounts, Business support team. • Team training ও performance monitoring. • Cross-department coordination (Sales, Production, Supply chain, Business support). • Supervise ERP system and collaborate with IT team.4. Management Reporting• Prepare and present financial reports to Board. • Provide insights and recommendations for Business decision. • Develop KPI & dashboard and performance metrics. • Any other reports as assigned by Management time to time.
