A Leading Private Commercial Bank is looking for Experienced Official/s for the following post: Job Title: Head of Asset (Retail Distribution) Place of Posting: Retail Distribution Division, Head Office Employment Status: Permanent in the rank up to Senior Vice President.Key Responsibilities:• To lead and execute the nationwide sales strategy of the Bank, ensuring sustainable growth in deposits, loans, and fee-based income while expanding the customer base across Retail, SME, and Agricultural segments, in full compliance with regulatory and internal policies.• Formulate and implement national sales strategies aligned with the Bank’s business objectives• Drive growth in Retail and Agricultural portfolios, including deposits, loans, and cards• Lead, supervise, and monitor nationwide sales teams, branches, and agent banking channels• Achieve assigned business targets through effective planning and execution• Identify new market opportunities, especially in rural and agri-based segments• Ensure quality asset growth by coordinating with Credit Risk and maintaining portfolio health.• Monitor sales performance, MIS, and market trends for informed decision-making.• Strengthen distribution channels including branches, sub-branches, and agent banking outlets.• Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines and internal policies.• Promote customer-centric service culture and prevent mis-selling practices.
