A Leading Private Commercial Bank is looking for Experienced Official/s for the following post: Job Title: Branch Manager for Barisal Zone Employment Status: Permanent in the rank up to First Vice President.Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for managing Branch portfolio and achieve business target. • Maintain close liaison and coordination with all stakeholders. • Ensuring smooth functioning of daily Banking operations of the Branch aligning with the objectives set by the Management of the Bank. • Ensuring proper compliance in every aspect of Branch operations. • Develop and execute business plan and strategy in line with achieving the branch contribution to profitability and growth of the Bank. • Planning, directing and managing Branch Sales Team for acquiring new businesses and achieving desired sales targets. • Playing key role for delivering financial solutions that meet customer's needs; building long lasting relationship in local community and ensuring high-quality customer services. • Ensure effective process, regulatory compliance and controls for preventing money laundering in line with regulatory requirements. • Leading, coaching and managing Branch people, assisting them to achieve individual and team targets as well as fostering their individual career development aspirations
