A Leading Private Commercial Bank is looking for Experienced Official/s for the following post: Job Title: Credit Officials for Barisal Zone Employment Status: Permanent in the rank from Junior Officer to Senior Executive Officer.Key Responsibilities:• Analyzing the prospective client(s) for loans and assist them with loan application procedures. Process credit proposals through scrutinizing all required documents/ information along with analyzing of financial statements, security/collateral of customer, credit worthiness and managing of clients. • Scrutinize and analyze the new potential customer and clients for loans and advances of different sectors like corporate, CMSME, Retail and managing of Bank’s products/services with cross selling. Drafting of loan documents, security documents, collateral documentation that include charge documents, charge creation and mortgage of properties, etc in compliant manner to ensure compliance with internal regulations, applicable laws, and to submit for approval and signing credit agreement disbursement and security documents. • Identify, analyze and manage different types of risk involved in credit proposals and determine the pricing of risk associated with the proposals • Finalizing credit proposals and place credit memo, office note before the respective authority for approval; • To enforce compliance with the credit risk parameters and credit exposure on concentration limits set by the Bank and regulatory authorities • All work related to loan monitoring and compliance.
