Key Responsibilities

A Leading Private Commercial Bank is looking for Experienced Official/s for the following post: Job Title: HR Official Employment Status: Permanent in the rank up to Senior Executive Officer.Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for HR Operations. • Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and separation processes • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases and documentation • Administer payroll inputs, leave management, and employee benefits in coordination with relevant departments • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements • Prepare HR-related reports, statements, and documentation as required by management and regulatory bodies • Support performance management processes, including appraisal coordination and documentation • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner • Coordinate training, development programs, and internal HR initiatives • Assist in drafting HR policies, circulars, and official communications • Maintain liaison with different departments to ensure smooth HR service delivery • Monitor attendance, discipline, and employee conduct as per organizational guidelines • Support audits and inspections by providing necessary HR documents and reports
