Project Engineer

• Should have a sharp knowledge of architectural drawing, Structural design, electrical and plumbing drawing, etc.• Must have experience in Finishing Work Should have sound knowledge of quality control, safety security, and project management systems of high-rise buildings having basements.• Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure construction progress as per drawing and other relevant documents.• Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design specifications.• Preparing estimates, checking requisition lists, ensuring quantity & quality, and stock control.• Prepared Estimation of Materials & BOQ as per drawing.• Prepare Measurement Book & other site-related documentation and check the contractor`s Running bill.• Ability to effectively read and understand construction drawings.• Have to take responsibility for solving all the site-related issues after coordinating with appropriate authorities.• Have to take responsibility for solving all the site-related issues after coordinating with appropriate authorities.• Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
