EXECUTIVE - FINANCE & ACCOUNTS

• Payment Processing & Banking: Prepare payment advice, issue cheques/EFT and manage BEFTN schedules. Coordinate corporate banking activities and deposit client cheques.• Accounting Operations (QBO): Record invoices, payments and new projects in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Update job statuses in QBO and Zoho, perform periodic bank and cash reconciliations and ensure proper document attachment within the system. Maintain the Fixed Assets Register.• Internal Control & Financial Reporting: Conduct detailed bill verification (COA Head, Job Number, Date). Monitor Accounts Receivable (A/R) and open work orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.• VAT & Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (including Sales/Purchase Mushok and Mushok 6.6). Handle TDS deductions from supplier bills, collect AIT challans and manage VAT online.• Administrative Support: Manage general office administration, correspond with customers and suppliers and handle petty cash registers.• Governance & Audit: Participate in weekly finance meetings. Support the Finance Manager for the year-end process and yearly statutory audits, including A/R and trade payable confirmations.
