Key Responsibilities

Department: Sales & Guest Services Reports To: Front Office Manager / Sales Manager Job Summary: Tele sales Executive serves as the first point of contact for guests at Shayan Resort, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience from the moment of inquiry to departure. This dual-role position also involves generating sales through inbound and outbound calls, promoting resort packages, and managing booking inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities:• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly using the resort’s PMS system.• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.• Maintain an organized front desk and ensure accurate documentation.• Tele sales Duties:• Conduct outbound calls to promote resort packages, seasonal offers, and group bookings.• Handle inbound calls for reservations, pricing inquiries, and general information.• Follow up with leads and past guests to encourage repeat bookings.• Maintain records of sales and client information in CRM systems.• Meet or exceed monthly tele sales targets and KPIs.

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors

Additional

  • Only Female
  • Prior experience in front office operations and/or tele sales in the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g., Opera, IDS)
  • Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
