Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

Job Context: Simanto Real Estate Ltd. is a fast-growing real estate company specializing in land (plot) sales across Dhaka and its surrounding areas. We are seeking a skilled and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to strengthen our existing sales team and drive business growth. The selected candidate will work from our corporate office located at Road 105, Gulshan-2, Dhaka, and will play a key role in managing sales operations, achieving targets, and expanding our client base. Job Responsibilites:• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for plot sales in Dhaka and nearby areas• Lead and manage the existing sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets• Generate new leads and ensure successful client conversion• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to boost sales• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
