Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager - Yarn Dyeing

We are a Knit Composite Textile Factory seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager for the Yarn Dyeing. Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.• Analyze the dyeing process to achieve the highest productivity.• Supervise overall yarn dyeing, piece dyeing, finishing, and quality.• Responsible for recipe analysis and lab to bulk, sample to bulk correction for continuous development.• Make daily machine-wise production plan.• Coordinate with planning, lab, quality, and all sections to ensure the best quality and smooth customer support.• Arrange weekly meetings with the team to ensure proper floor management.• Responsible for the cost-minimization of dyes and chemicals.• Root cause analysis and problem solving.• Utilize minimum manpower, material, and machinery efficiency.• Follow up with all customers in the house merchant team to meet requirements.• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
