Deputy Manager - Fabric Dyeing

We are a Knit Composite Textile Factory seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager for the Fabric Dyeing Department. Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.• Supervise the dyeing process from start to finish to ensure that the dyeing production is running smoothly and efficiently.• Coordinate production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and work closely with other departments, such as production planning and control.• Establish and maintain high-quality standards for all dyed fabrics, ensuring consistency in color and fabric properties.• Conduct regular inspections and laboratory tests on samples to ensure compliance with quality specifications.• Analyze existing dyeing processes to identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, cost, and quality.• Stay updated on the latest dyeing technologies, chemicals, and methods, and implement them to enhance production capabilities.• Lead, motivate, and manage the dyeing production team, ensuring clear communication of tasks and expectations.• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
