Student Counsellor

• Provide counseling to students regarding Australian • universities, courses, and admission procedures • Assist students throughout the student visa application process • Prepare, review, and verify application forms and required documents • Maintain professional communication with students and parents • Coordinate with partner universities and relevant institutions • Conduct pre-departure briefings and orientation sessions • Follow up on applications, visa status, and student enrollment • Participate in marketing and promotional activities related to study abroad • Maintain student databases, reports, and records • Stay updated on admission requirements, visa regulations, and scholarships • Organize seminars, webinars, and workshops • Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and social media • Contribute to improving client services
