Sr. Executive / Executive - Sales & Marketing

• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Civil Engineering (preferred)• Candidates must be highly sales- and marketing-oriented, with a strong ability to generate leads and convert them into clients.• Candidates with experience in Tender-related jobs are encouraged to apply.• Communicate with government offices and stakeholders regarding project requirements.• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment usage.• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.• Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline and budget.• Follow up on tender results, project approvals, and payments.• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and proper installation procedures are followed on-site.• Maintain proper documentation and reports for all ongoing and completed projects.• Must have the capability to create business opportunities for the company through networking, client meetings, and strategic outreach.• Good communication and negotiation skills.• Good command of both English and Bengali (spoken and written).• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Should be flexible to attend corporate meetings and project purposes when necessary.• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
