Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the assigned territory, including outlets, distributors, and customer base• Ensure effective retail expansion, coverage, productivity, and visibility across key locations• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights• Strengthen distributor operations and improve channel efficiency• Guide and monitor field forces` performance through regular market visits• Achieve primary, secondary, and activation sales targets• Ensure consistent growth through structured sales activities• Identify and develop institutional and enterprise sales opportunities• Generate leads and drive direct sales beyond traditional distribution channels• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery, issue resolution, and seamless customer experience

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Additional

  • 2+ years’ experience, preferred in FMCG/Telecom/similar industry
  • Strong understanding of distribution, retail execution, and B2B/enterprise sales
  • Experience in managing distributors and field forces
  • Good understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure
