Distribution Officer / Store Officer -THL

• Receive goods and perform proper quantity and quality checks.• Ensure proper storage of products in the warehouse/store.• Issue products following FIFO (First In First Out) / FEFO (First Expired First Out) principles.• Maintain daily stock updates and record entries in stock registers or software.• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene of the store.• Supervise loading and unloading activities.• Ensure timely distribution of products to dealers/outlets as per the distribution plan.• Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, and related documents.• Report any stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.• Conduct regular stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly).• Identify and report dead stock and expired products and take necessary action.• Coordinate with the distribution team (drivers, helpers).• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.• Follow company policies and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).• Use ERP/Inventory Management Software for reporting (if applicable).• Receive orders and prepare products accordingly.• Ensure proper labeling and rack management in the store.• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents.• Monitor transport costs and logistics support.• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
