Officer- Welfare & Counselling

• Ensure all welfare activities in compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act 2006, Labor Rules 2015 & 2022, and BEPZA regulations.• Conduct new employee orientation, welfare meetings, and training on Grievance, OHS, and Workers’ Rights.• Implement and monitor an effective Grievance Management System and ensure smooth two-way communication between management and workers.• Monitor worker welfare facilities (dining, washrooms, drinking water, sanitation, etc.)• Ensure proper health & safety practices, especially in production areas.• Prepare, maintain, update, and properly preserve all required documents, registers, and records for compliance, audits, and reporting purposes.• Ensure maternity leave and maternity benefits are provided in accordance with applicable labor laws, and maintain proper documentation and records.
