* Spearhead factory operations, HR, and compliance activities to drive business excellence. * Leverage expertise in Nirapon, Better Work, BSCI, SEDEX, and WRAP to inform compliance strategies and audits. * Collaborate with management to architect and execute effective compliance functions, ensuring seamless factory operations. * Develop and implement strategic HR and compliance policies, procedures, and protocols to drive growth and adherence to buyer codes of conduct. * Foster exceptional industrial relations among workers, staff, and top management, promoting a positive and productive work environment. * Oversee compliance across key areas, including store management, production, staff management, and quality assurance, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance. * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, production, QA, and other departments to coordinate buyer visits, audits, and compliance initiatives. * Drive continuous improvement in factory conditions, proactively addressing compliance issues and implementing corrective measures to meet buyer requirements. * Proactively resolve employee grievances and stress, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment. * Serve as a key liaison with Head Office, addressing HR and compliance concerns, and providing expert guidance to inform business decisions. * Embrace new challenges and responsibilities as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to business excellence.
