Key Responsibilities

* Drive the implementation of the company's vision and mission, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. * Spearhead market exploration, identifying new clients and markets to achieve individual sales targets through strategic sales and delivery initiatives. * Stay ahead of the competition by maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, industry developments, and expansion opportunities. * Foster strong relationships with existing and new customers through regular engagement, including physical visits, phone calls, and emails. * Architect and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets set by senior management. * Lead high-performing teams to achieve assigned targets, leveraging marketing forces to drive business growth. * Generate and qualify sales leads, providing guidance and supervision to team members to ensure success. * Develop and continuously refine the company's long-term strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Recruit, train, and manage sales personnel to build a high-performing sales team. * Stay up-to-date with market and industry trends, applying knowledge to inform sales and marketing strategies. * Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions to drive business growth and survival. * Oversee overall sales operations, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results. * Monitor market changes, consumer trends, and competitor activity, adjusting marketing plans as needed to stay competitive. * Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and drive business results. * Design and implement targeted marketing programs to support specific business objectives across multiple channels. * Provide operational oversight, recommending and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
