Key Responsibilities
* Drive the implementation of the company's vision and mission, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

* Develop and continuously refine the company's long-term strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Recruit, train, and manage sales personnel to build a high-performing sales team.

* Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions to drive business growth and survival.
* Oversee overall sales operations, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
* Monitor market changes, consumer trends, and competitor activity, adjusting marketing plans as needed to stay competitive.
* Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and drive business results.
* Design and implement targeted marketing programs to support specific business objectives across multiple channels.
