* Spearhead the integration of TB control and prevention services within the government health system to drive sustainable impact * Foster government ownership and stewardship of TB services, ensuring long-term program viability * Collaborate with the National TB Programme to implement guidelines, protocols, and standards for TB control, including TB-HIV and high-risk population management * Develop and execute coordinated plans with NTP to transition key program activities to government stewardship * Optimize resource utilization and ensure seamless program implementation under NTP leadership * Conduct extensive field visits to monitor and supervise TB program implementation, identifying areas for improvement * Analyze program data, conduct periodic reviews, and facilitate meetings with field staff and NTP to achieve targets and milestones * Oversee the operation of Gene X-pert and TB diagnostic centers to enhance case detection and management * Ensure program implementation aligns with plans, budgets, and national guidelines in designated geographic areas * Provide administrative and financial management support, supervising program operations and ensuring compliance * Assess training needs and develop capacity-building initiatives for program staff * Supervise patient recording, treatment, and DOT provider management, ensuring accurate TB register updates and improved case notification * Coordinate referrals to designated facilities for enhanced diagnosis and case management * Organize staff meetings, reviewing progress, and developing action plans to address shortcomings and achieve targets * Ensure availability of anti-TB drugs, supplies, and equipment, maintaining inventory and submitting regular reports * Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including action plans and progress updates * Participate in team planning, developing annual work plans and monthly action plans to drive program success * Maintain regular coordination with government, BRAC, and stakeholders to implement TB control activities * Conduct field monitoring visits, preparing monthly reports and facilitating internal and external monitoring and audit activities * Support periodic visits by BRAC, NTP, WHO, LFA, and GFA, ensuring compliance and program effectiveness
