* Spearhead buyer relationships, driving seamless communication and collaboration to deliver exceptional results for woven garments. * Architect product development strategies, leveraging strong product knowledge to create innovative samples that meet buyer requirements and exceed expectations. * Drive costing and pricing initiatives, analyzing consumption patterns to optimize efficiency and negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive pricing. * Lead order execution, orchestrating the entire process from confirmation to shipment, and developing strategic Time & Action plans to ensure timely delivery. * Foster strong production coordination, working in tandem with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability, resolve production issues, and drive on-time delivery. * Champion quality control, ensuring products meet stringent buyer standards, and coordinating with QA/QC teams to facilitate inspections and approvals. * Develop and manage a robust supplier base, evaluating vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with company and buyer standards. * Manage documentation and reporting, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely order status updates to management, while ensuring adherence to export procedures and regulations.
