Executive - Warehouse & Logistics Operation (Retail Fashion - Sailor)

• Spearhead the development of a prioritized goods delivery schedule to ensure timely and efficient operations. • Collaborate with the Transport Team to orchestrate daily dispatch and delivery activities, driving seamless logistics execution. • Oversee receiving, storage, and internal movement processes, ensuring accurate control and coordination. • Architect a well-organized warehouse layout, implementing effective product storage, zoning, labeling, and retrieval systems. • Optimize warehouse space utilization, maintaining a safe and efficient environment while updating BIN cards to reflect changes. • Drive the implementation and maintenance of 5S standards across the warehouse, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Monitor and track daily deliveries, analyzing 3PL performance to identify areas for improvement. • Proactively address delays, pending shipments, failed deliveries, and proof of delivery issues, ensuring prompt resolution. • Manage daily returns from outlets, ensuring accurate tracking and processing. • Maintain a comprehensive daily ledger of non-saleable item transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, and returns. • Track and manage non-saleable items, such as store fixtures and equipment, to ensure accurate inventory control and minimize losses.
