Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development and execution of sales forecasts and strategies in collaboration with the Department Head to drive business growth in the assigned region.
* Scout and capitalize on new business opportunities, identifying potential areas for expansion and recommending the appointment of new distributors to penetrate untapped markets.
* Lead and motivate high-performing sales teams to achieve productivity and sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
* Architect and manage demand forecasting and inventory management processes, ensuring distributors' warehouses are adequately stocked to meet customer demands.
* Drive day-to-day monitoring of distributors' business transactions, building strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve sales targets and resolve issues promptly.
* Champion compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring meticulous documentation of all work phases to maintain transparency and accountability.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)
- Masters
Additional
- Only Male
- Good experience in selling Consumer goods
- Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and/or requirements
- Good leadership and inter-personal skills
- Able to work under pressure and achieve set target and thereby, corporate goals
