Assistant Executive - Warehouse & Logistics Operation (Retail Fashion - Sailor)

• Drive data-driven insights by collaborating with the Data Team to gather stock, sales, and replenishment information. • Manage and maintain comprehensive Excel ledgers for garments, accessories, delivery, transfer, and replenishment. • Extract and process daily challans from the system, updating the delivery tracking ledger to ensure seamless tracking. • Conduct thorough audits by cross-checking bills with challans, delivery records, and system entries to ensure accuracy. • Lead weekly stock reconciliation efforts, verifying FG receipts, GRN, delivery, and document updates. • Analyze weekly outlet stock and sales performance, developing targeted replenishment plans to optimize inventory. • Architect goods distribution ratios for each outlet based on sales data and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). • Develop and execute weekly inter-outlet transfer plans to balance stock levels and minimize waste. • Ensure accurate and up-to-date FG receiving files, regularly updating with images and relevant information. • Design and create barcodes in the system using Tech Pack information, streamlining inventory management. • Implement robust documentation and filing systems, maintaining both physical and digital records of all transactions.
