Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead client relationships across multiple concerns, including Color Clipping Ltd. and PPD, to drive business growth and satisfaction. * Architect seamless communication channels with local and international clients, ensuring timely and professional service delivery. * Lead cross-functional collaboration with production teams, web development, branding, and digital solutions departments to meet diverse client needs. * Drive the development and implementation of effective customer success strategies, leveraging expertise in creative content, SEO, and digital solutions. * Manage the logistics of local product receiving and returning, ensuring efficient and hassle-free experiences for clients. * Foster a culture of proactive issue resolution, anticipating and addressing client concerns to ensure long-term partnerships and loyalty. * Analyze client feedback and market trends to inform data-driven decisions, optimizing customer success outcomes and contributing to the company's expansion goals.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Additional

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, online tools)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work on the Roster System Duty
