Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead business growth by identifying, developing, and managing new opportunities across multiple service lines, including ISP, broadband, fiber, and ICT. * Architect a robust pipeline of prospective clients, partnerships, and enterprise accounts through strategic outreach and relationship-building. * Drive proposal development, leading the creation of pitch decks, MoUs, and tender/RFP responses that win new business. * Conduct market research and analysis to inform growth strategies, staying ahead of the competition and identifying emerging trends. * Forge commercial agreements with clients, vendors, and technology partners, negotiating terms that drive revenue and profitability. * Develop and refine pricing models and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with technical and finance teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, showcasing expertise and building relationships with key stakeholders. * Track and analyze business development KPIs, providing data-driven insights and progress reports to executive leadership. * Provide strategic support to the HOO, managing daily operations, prioritizing tasks, and informing decision-making. * Craft executive briefings, board reports, and strategic presentations that drive business outcomes and inform key stakeholders. * Orchestrate cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with the HOO's vision and directives. * Monitor operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to the HOO. * Ensure timely delivery of action items from executive meetings, driving progress and accountability across the organization. * Develop internal communications, memos, and policy documents that drive business outcomes and support the HOO's agenda. * Foster relationships with department heads, external stakeholders, and government bodies, serving as a trusted liaison on behalf of the HOO. * Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive business matters, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Telecommunication
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Additional

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy within an ISP or ICT company
  • Demonstrated track record of winning contracts, growing revenue, and managing key accounts
  • Prior experience supporting C-level executives or working in a HOO/CEO office is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with ISP infrastructure (fiber, wireless, VSAT, MPLS), managed services, and cloud solutions
  • Experience in government, enterprise, or B2B sales environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of ISP and ICT products, services, and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms
  • Ability to read and interpret financial models, contracts, and technical proposals
