Private Sector Engagement Manager

* Drive the development of innovative private sector engagement strategies to mobilize resources, expertise, and support for Maternal, Newborn, Child Health and Nutrition (MNCHN) services. * Architect and maintain a robust network of strategic partnerships with private sector actors, including businesses, industry associations, and financial institutions, to enhance the quality and reach of MNCHN services. * Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, such as pharmaceutical companies, Lions and Rotary Clubs, to leverage resources, expertise, and financing solutions that support MNCHN initiatives. * Mobilize corporate social responsibility (CSR) resources, grants, and in-kind support from private sector organizations to accelerate the implementation of MNCHN projects and activities. * Lead the identification of market-based solutions and opportunities for co-investment, resource mobilization, and innovative financing to strengthen health system responses for MNCHN. * Manage the implementation of private sector engagement initiatives, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and effective integration with project components and approved work plans. * Cultivate strong relationships with financial institutions, banks, and non-banking financial institutions to improve access to financing for MNCHN services and promote sustainable partnerships. * Develop and execute outcome-oriented action plans to guide the mobilization of financial resources, technical expertise, and in-kind support from private sector organizations and associations. * Provide technical oversight and programmatic coordination to ensure the effective implementation of private sector engagement activities, in line with donor requirements, organizational policies, and established compliance standards.
